My MacBook Air running slow after macOS Tahoe update

I just updated my Macbook yeasterday and I noticed that it runs slower and frankly I am confused. This is my first ever Macbook and this is scary to me because I just left Windows for this reason.

2 - AdGuard


Both are likely candidates for removal as per the Developers Instructions


Short and unpopular suggestion for some

May consider an alternative www.brrave.com which is essentially Google Chrome without the Google baggage
