After upgrading to macOS Tahoe, Numbers started having many bugs. The most annoying is that copying and pasting formulas is not working anymore. Whenever I copy and paste a formula, a value is pasted instead of the formula. Did anyone face this problem?
I can't reproduce this, and I have to think that's a pretty major flaw to get through internal QA before it ever gets to end users.

macOS Tahoe isn't beta any more. I could just about, possibly, kinda-sorta see how this might happen in beta, but we're past that.
Are you sure you're using Copy/Paste, and not Copy Snapshot or Paste Formula Results (the latter options will copy or paste the current values of the selection, not their underlying formulae). Are you using menus or key commands (just trying to eliminate some kind of keyboard override on the commands).

New OSs are now released in public beta, so lots of eyes are looking for bugs. This makes the risks of updating "early" after a public release much less than in the past. Having said that I usually wait a few days.
Have you tried restarting your Mac (again)? That clears up weird glitches surprisingly often. If you have already restarted several times and you can still reproduce the unexpected behavior on multiple documents, then you should consider reporting as many specifics as you can. You can choose 'Bug Report' in the Feedback Type dropdown at Numbers > Provide Numbers Feedback or here:

I hope you figure it out or it gets fixed soon. In the distant past I used to upgrade OS and apps as soon as I could to get all the exciting new stuff. These days I usually wait for a few revisions (i.e., bug fixes) or a few weeks to pass before I upgrade. I know they can't test everything under all conditions but I often wonder how they break simple basic things that worked perfectly fine for years, if not decades.
