Unable to hear sound while playing songs through Music app on iPhone 17 Pro Max

I Just got the iPhone 17 pro max on Friday and I’ve been trying to get it to play music through the music app but I’m not hearing anything. It shows that it’s playing but I’m not hearing any sound. The sound does work on my phone because I hear sounds on IG or FB. I’ve also played music through Pandora and it works. But whenever I’m trying to play music through the music app, no sound. I’ve also tried to play music when my phone is connected to CarPlay and there is no sound so I haven’t been successful there either. I’ve tried uninstalling and redownloading the app and it’s still the same. Now, if I tried to play a preview of a song on the music app, that would work. I need help please!
