Can't Buy Music on iTunes because of Terms and Conditions

I recently got an iPod and I wanted to add music to it with iTunes. I logged into my account on a Windows PC, added money using an Apple gift card, and found what I wanted to buy. It instructed me to enter my password and confirm that I wanted to buy the music, which both went smoothly. However, it then said that the iTunes Media Services Terms and Conditions had been updated recently, and I needed to accept them, giving me the options OK and Cancel. I clicked OK, thinking the T&C would pop up, but nothing happened. I searched all over iTunes for the T&C and visited the Apple ID page on their website, but nothing worked. Please help!!

Am no expert in this area, yet it seems the linked article below sets out the appropriate Terms and Consditions.

Seems that you OK'd them already.
