I've searched but only see messages regarding the M2 Ultra issues, but mine is a compatible Mac Studio 2023, but has not yet received this new macOS Tahoe 26 update. Is it safe to assume Apple is still working on related bugs to deliver this installation for my Mac Studio? I'm currently on macOS Sequoia 15.6.1.

It's not clear what you mean by "but has not yet received ... Tahoe." AFAIK, Mac's don't automatically install upgrades and going from Sequoia to Tahoe is an upgrade not an update.
Go to Settings > General > Software Update to see if the upgrade is available there. If so, you can install it there.
Try running this command in the Terminal.
softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 26.0
You’re currently on Sequoia 15.6.1. Some users on earlier macOS versions need to install intermediate updates before seeing the full Tahoe 26 upgrade.

Tahoe is not in the App Store.
If the Mac is running Ventura, Sonoma or Sequoia there is no need to install intermediate updates or upgrades. They can just jump to Tahoe. I am even able to do it from Monterey.
