Invisible saved photos, delayed song playback, and black screen in GarageBand after macOS Tahoe update

The latest macOS Tahoe is a nightmare.

1 - When saving a photo from the web to my desktop, I minimize Safari and I cannot see the photo unless I click on something else on my desktop. Then the photo suddenly appears.

2 - When I double click on a song in Apple Music, the song starts right away but there is about .5 seconds of silence, so the start of the song is cut off.

3 - When I close GarageBand, there's a 1 second black screen that flashes.

My suggestion to Apple: Fix these issues and send out an update and also, allow users to downgrade to the previous macOS.
