How can I export track index listings of my playlists to a text or delimited file?

I have a growing collection of manually created playlists in iTunes for Windows (think numbered "best of" mix tapes). I want to export track listings of all the playlists in a playlist folder as a reference index for myself and to send to a friend. Artist, album title, song title, playing time, (and anything extra or not), in order of playlist title and track number. Nice text layout, or a CSV for Excel import.

Are there any utilities for that?

Closest I have gotten is doing a "Songs" print-out of the Playlist Folder to a PDF printer driver. But it's running everything together alphabetically at the folder level.
