How do I transfer files from iPhone 13 to a Windows 10 computer?

I need to get everything off my iPhone 13 bc it’s full. I’m using someone else windows computer with windows 10 to do this so I do not want to sync my phone with the computer. I just want to get my stuff to a file & then to usb stick.. HELP! Transfer files from iPhone 13 to windows computer with windows 10 that isn’t mine so I don’t want to sync. How?? Also when I plug in my charger to computer I see Apple iPhone and click on it and it says empty. Why
