Unable to play or add songs outside of downloaded playlists on Apple Music

issue is what the title says, it seems like it tries to load but fails about a twentieth of a second later, does not display song icon before failing). it also needs to be played inside the playlist, if I go to the albums the songs are from, I can't play the songs there.
