Unable to Add Family Member to Custom Email Domain Hi guys, I am the owner of a verified custom email domain in iCloud+ and I am trying to assign an email address from this domain to a family member. I have checked the following below: My domain is active and verified in iCloud.com. I checked on my mail and Cloudflare. I created mail for me as owner with the custom domain and works ok for sending and receiving. The family member is part of my Apple Family Sharing group and has iCloud Mail enabled. It is for my wife. I setup redirect in Cloudflare and it works fine for receiving, but not for sending. For example, I can send to her new mail with custom domain from iCloud or my custom domain mail, and she will receive it. But if try to send, in the From field, I cannot make it work. Tried to enter the new mail with custom domain on her iPhone in the iCloud+ options, I get to the place [name]@customdomain.org, and it shows the error: “Something went wrong. Try again later.” I have attempted to remove and re-add the family member, but the error persists. Could you please assist in enabling this family member to use a custom email address from my domain? iCloud+ Custom Email Domain: Email Address Not Available Hello, After successfully creating a custom email domain and setting up my own custom email address, I created another email address for a family member from my personal iCloud account. I tried to add this account to my family member's iPhone and got the message: "This email address is not available. Please try again with a different address." I then deleted the email address I created for my family member from my iCloud account, with the intention of making it available again for my family member to use. However, when I try to set the email address up on my family member's iPhone, I still receive the same message. From what I've been able to find online, it seems like I may have to wait some amount of time for the email address to become available again, but I'm not sure if this is correct. How can I make this email address available again for my family member to use?

Adding a second email to a Custom Domain Hello, I have subscribed to iCloud+ I have added the feature for email via a custom domain. It is working fine for one user. Now I want to add an email for someone else who will be using that custom domain. The second user is part of my family sharing. I added them as a second user on my iCloud - Custom Domain. They received the email saying "A family member set up the domain “xyz...zz.org” to work with iCloud Mail. To add your own custom email addresses to that domain, please go to iCloud Settings." When I go to iCloud Settings I see the options below. That is, it includes the option for "Custom Email Domains". But when she goes to iCloud Settings the equivalent menu is WITHOUT "Custom Email Domains": We can't see any other way to create the Custom Domain email address. Are we looking in the wrong place? Or what could have gone wrong? How is an invited user expected to setup a custom domain email address? Some things that might be relevant. we only set up her Apple Id and iCloud mail account a few hours ago. similarly we made her account a member of my family group recently. Does family-sharing need to be setup so that the other member has "share purchases" enabled in order for her to access a Custom Domain? I think I unticked that when setting up Family Sharing settings. Any insights from someone who has got through this would be very welcome.
