Missing applications in APPS app on new MacBook

Yesterday I received my new MacBook. I was using a 2019 MacBook Pro with Intel 1.4 GHz and the old iOS. The old laptop had all of my apps in the APPS app located at bottom of screen. My new laptop does not have very many of them. How do I add them to the APPS app? These applications are located in the directory under finder's application directory.

re: macOS 26.0.1

LaunchPad ― has been replaced by the new Apps.app going forward. There are some known issues here yes.

All Apps/Utilities should be accessible in the Application folder—like always.
