Missing applications in APPS app on new MacBook

Personally I never used Launchpad. However, if I wanted to I would just add the Applications Folder to the Dock and click. My apps are already organized in folders the way I want them.

LaunchPad ― has been replaced by the new Apps.app going forward. There are some known issues here yes.

All Apps/Utilities should be accessible in the Application folder—like always.
