Purchased Apple Wired Earphones from Amazon – How Can I Raise a Complaint?

I recently purchased Apple wired earphones from Amazon, but I’m facing issues with them. I want to know the correct way to raise a complaint or request service/replacement.


Should I contact Apple Support directly, or should I go through Amazon for this issue? Any guidance on the right process would be really helpful.
