Itunes don’t find latest ios

Hi everyone! I’ve run into a problem I’ve never experienced before. I tried to update my phone (16 Pro) on my PC using iTunes, and it says that the latest software is already installed on my phone, which is 18.7.1. Then I tried with Apple Devices, and it shows the exact same thing. It simply doesn’t detect 26.0.1. I’ve already reinstalled both programs, but that didn’t help. How can I fix this?
