my phone number is stuck on verify for facetime and imessage.

ive tried all the troubleshooting, even removed my SIM card and added it back in, waited 24hours and its still stuck at “verifying..” for facetime and imessage. when i clicked ‘remove’ my number and added it back, it says that “an error occurred during activation”. i checked my ‘Email & Phone number’ and it says that my number is “Unavailable for iMessage and Facetime.”
