I have Macbook M4 Pro 16 inch,and after updating to Macos Tahoe,when the laptop enters into sleeping mode,the dock is auto hiding.Every time i have to go and turn hiding off. Automatically hide and show the dock is off. Is this a software bug ?

Yes, this is a now well known bug. There are a number of threads about this issue. I myself have experienced it. We just have to wait for a fix in an update.
Many found (including me) that if you toggle the hide/show switch on/off the problem, goes away for a while. Try it.

Pressing Command-Option-D toggles the autohiding of the Dock, so it's a very quick way to bring it back.
(But that said, why do you want the Dock visible all the time? It just sits there wasting space. Much better to autohide, IMO...)
