Airpods Max one ear switching off when moving

Hi. My Airpods Max are a couple of years old now and since some time, when i move my airpods a bit on my head (for example, scratch my ear), the right ear stops playing for a couple of seconds, then the airpods switch of completely, then it reconnects with my phone with both ears. I then have to restart the music and i can continue. Lately, this has gotten more sensitive, today i don't even need to scratch my ear, it happens quite randomly.

I already deleted the device on my phone and reconnected, it's updated to the latest version.

Something else I can do? Somebody else with the same issue?
