I have an Iphone 14 that I used for work and has my downloaded music from apple music. I know have a person iphone 16 and cant seem to get my playlists/music to transfer to my personal phone. I also do not need the music on my work phone.

Are you subscribed to the Apple Music service? Or iOS this just music you synced to the work iPhone from a computer? Or just purchases from the iTunes Store?
Are both phones using the same Apple Account?
If not, you won't be able to transfer the music from the subscription service from one account to the other.
If they are using the same Apple account, and subscribe to the Apple Music service make sure that Sync Library is turned on in Settings ➜ Apps ➜ Apple Music ➜ Sync Library.
If the music was synced or downloaded from a computer, then you need to sync the new iPhone with that same computer to get the music onto the new iPhone.
