If you have the original box that the iPhone came in, the IMEI and Serial Number are on the box.
You could also contact your carrier to retrieve the IMEI number.

I thought Apple stopped doing that quite some time ago since it resulted in some fraud schemes.
iCloud User Guide - Apple Support
"You can’t see a device’s complete serial number on iCloud.com, but there are other ways you can find it:
On an iOS or iPadOS device: Go to Settings > [your name], then select a device.
On your Mac: Choose Apple menu > System Preferences/Settings, then do one of the following:
macOS Catalina 10.15 and later: Click Apple ID, then select a device.
Your cellular service provider has the number. Some will disclose the number to the account owner and some will not disclose the number.

If there’s a vulnerability, there are criminals ready to exploit it.
I’d think that socially-engineered voice calls to Level 1 CSRs at carriers with sketchy subscriber authentication might be the greater risk.
Maybe IMEIs are less of a concern. I remember several years ago reading about somebody who was using serial numbers in a massive fraud scheme.
