Multiple Airplay streams from one source to different targets? Homepods, display, etc...

This could go in any number of forums here.

Summary: macOS (latest) - trying to Airplay Music to Homepod AND use Airplay display as an additional monitor at the same time.

Both work independently, and it seems I can only do one at once. i.e., if I'm Airplay-ing music and start the Airplay display, the music stops. And vice versa.

Is this a known limitation?
