Hi, I am a student. My iPhone 12 Apple ID is locked and I reset the phone and it is stuck on the activation lock screen. It is not accepting the previous password. I do not have access to the account and security questions. Please help me remove the activation lock for my phone.

You will need access to the account.
There is no other way to do this, Activation lock cannot be bypassed (its a security feature and would be pointless if it could be bypassed) and if the account is locked, inactive or disabled, you will need to unlock, reactivate, or re-enable it before you can get past Activation Lock.
