Unable to access 'play later' on Apple Music queue

I don’t know what happened to Apple Music queue.

The queue used to work perfectly. ‘Play Next’ or ‘Play Later’ with the ability to drag and drop songs wherever in the queue, is all I needed.

The new queue is terrible. I am unable to access ‘play later’ sometimes for whatever reason. When you have a queue it won’t go away if you select a new song and want to play through that album. I can’t drag and drop up into the “play next”. It’s pointless.
