When I sync to Apple Music cloud, are "ineligible" files and playlists removed from my iPhone or Mac OS 15

It seems that when I sync'd my iPhone Music and videos with Apple Music Cloud Sync that many files (ineligible?) and playlists were removed from my iPhone.

Many were self produced videos. Can't find them in Apple TV app, or iMovie.

Mab OS 15x iPhone 18.6.2
