Unable to cancel recurring subscription on Apple Account

Hello! I am charged monthly with a subscription I no longer need. I don't remember what it is, but I am unable tu cancel the subscription because the pace keeps not loading or having "errors". I am no longer in the US, so I have not gone in person. Can somebody help me?
