There are others circulating which are far MORE convincing. (and without the glaring grammatical errors)

Another readily-detectable red flag in this particular example is the “urgency” it attempts to convey.

Compute defensively.

Recognize and avoid social engineering schemes including phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

It is a scam.

Among other clues, note that everything says "Cloud" rather than "iCloud" or some other cloud service.
