Home App Notifications Bug

I have myself and partner on my Home setup. It’s configured to send motion and door sensors activity alert notifications when ‘nobody is home’.

Despite this I will without fail get alert notifications when away about sensor motion detection and door detection, whilst my partner is still at home.

I have their find my and location sharing on in settings and the home app too. They have an iPhone SE on 17.6.1. The location sharing seems to work, so I am sure this must be yet another Apple software defect that they haven’t bothered to fix.

It’s insane because I end up silencing all home notifications, which defeats the security purpose of having the accessories.
