your purchase could not be completed contact iTunes support

On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, I tried to make a purchase and I got the message your purchase could not be completed contact apple support. So I did on Tuesday night. The representative expedited my case for review and on Thursday, I got access to make purchases again. On Friday, October 17, 2025, I tried to make a purchase and I can’t make a purchase now.. I got the same error message I got on Tuesday. I called Friday and I had to speak to a senior advisor. The advisor supposedly expedited the case and it said it would be ready in 24 hours. I called on Saturday night and I am still not able to make a purchase. I plan on calling to see what is going on with my case. Advisors can not seem tell me why I cannot make purchases and I am frustrated. When I speak to advisors, it is for security purposes. I make very minimal purchases. I play games that are safe. Apple needs to fix this situation. If anyone has been through this, please tell me what they are doing.

You mention two completely different reasons for an account being disabled. Which one is it?


The support article If your Apple Account is locked, not active, or disabled - Apple Support has solutions for three frequently encountered reasons for an account to be disabled/locked/not-active:


If a message says 'Your Media & Purchases account has been disabled' = iTunes account - Apple Support or "You cannot login because your account has been locked”you might be able to request reactivation by tapping Continue right from the alert, if available. If that does not work, Apple provides a link for this specific issue.
