your purchase could not be completed contact iTunes support
On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, I tried to make a purchase and I got the message your purchase could not be completed contact apple support. So I did on Tuesday night. The representative expedited my case for review and on Thursday, I got access to make purchases again. On Friday, October 17, 2025, I tried to make a purchase and I can’t make a purchase now.. I got the same error message I got on Tuesday. I called Friday and I had to speak to a senior advisor. The advisor supposedly expedited the case and it said it would be ready in 24 hours. I called on Saturday night and I am still not able to make a purchase. I plan on calling to see what is going on with my case. Advisors can not seem tell me why I cannot make purchases and I am frustrated. When I speak to advisors, it is for security purposes. I make very minimal purchases. I play games that are safe. Apple needs to fix this situation. If anyone has been through this, please tell me what they are doing.
