I'm adding my debit card and it says information issue even thou the same card was added before when i removed and readd the debit card it cant accept it resolve this issue
Another debit card was getting accepted but my card is not accepted resolve this issue i'm the ild user of apple since 2019 otherwise i'll shift to samsung

Remember that none of us here work for Apple so threatening to switch to Samsung isn't a very effective element in solving your issue. You will have to speak with somebody at Apple. They have all kinds of security measures in place and it may be trying to re-add a credit card you had removed may be triggering something.
