Apple TV shows loading content error

Have restarted Apple TV several times, all other apps working fine, can access library of movies and tv shows. But no Apple TV + shows, Slow Horses, Ted Lasso, etc… just shows content can’t be loaded error ?? Any suggestions ? Is the service down ?
