Apple Music “music” not visible in app
Around 2 a.m. this morning, I used Shazam to identify a song and tapped the hyperlink to download it on Apple Music. When Apple Music opened, I was greeted with a splash screen indicating that I was already an Apple Music subscriber. I’m subscribed through Verizon. Upon investigating my Apple Music within the app, I discovered that all of my Apple Music has been deleted or is not visible. However, on my iPad, I have all of my Apple Music and playlists. On my iPhone, which is updated to the latest software, none of my Apple Music is visible, even though all the settings in the music settings are turned on. Only the music I’ve purchased from the iTunes Store is visible. My iPad is unaffected, and everything is functioning normally at the moment.
