I hate new Apps menu dialog.
When I try to search something - it show me nothing, but if i do same when choose category - its search it fine.
Its "supposed" to work this way? or something wrong with my setup?
I have no idea in which category some apps located.

From what I've seen, Spotlight searches are rather buggy so far in Tahoe. I suspect it's because the functionality of Spotlight was significantly expanded with the update. Hopefully, it improves with point updates. A nice, if ironic, example that sums it up for me is searching for the definition of a word:

I cant understand how such basic features cannot work
when you have interface with search input, and more one this input have initial focus... but no matter what you type in - it show nothing.....
how it pass QA.... mindblowing....
