Print Dialog in Tahoe changed to no longer include Brightness/Contrast settings?

Try downloading and re-installing your printer driver. Major OS upgrades can reset printers to their default drivers, which will lack these kinds of custom settings.

I'm looking at the Preview Print dialog box side by side on two Macs, one running Tahoe and the other Sequoia. They are identical (except for the oval toggle switches in Tahoe). There are no settings for brightness or contrast in either version of macOS.

Google brings up some references to settings like those in very old versions of macOS (10.4-10.6, i.e. 15 years old).

I do not see contrast settings in my older versions of macOS when printing to a Brother b/w laser or an Epson ET 3850. All I see are quaity settings in Tahoe and older OS versions:

What app are you using to view and print pdfs? If you are using Adobe Reader, see if the same thing happens with Apple's Preview

This weekend I went to go print this weeks PDF, and I cannot find the options in the Print menu anymore. Are they accessible somewhere else? This is printing through a browser interface or from your Desktop and the Print Center app...?

I do not see this option anywhere on my HP Officejet PRO 8620
