Since upgrading to Tahoe, the new Contacts App will only display the Company name if Company is selected. The contact card will display the Company name twice, in large font and small font, where the person's name should be. The only way to see the person's name is to "Edit."This is the same on iPhone and iPad. Surely this is not intentional.

I see this as well, seems to be a reproducible bug in Tahoe. Please report to Apple using the feedback link provided by leroydouglas (Apple does not monitor these forums for such reports).

yes there are some issue with this new interface....
To be proactive you can file a bug report / submit your Apple Feedback direct to the Product Team here:
