airpod max reset, now wont connect at all

My AirPod maxs turned off and i read online that I should reset them. I did that and now they still will not even turn on (green and white light still work) or connect to my phone. I am not sure what to do because I read online that sometimes you might have to forget the device on Bluetooth, so I tried that and the Bluetooth doesn’t work at all anymore.
