How to access NEW Peacock Apple TV subscription

I am an Apple One Premier subscriber. Today, October 20, 2025, there is a new bundle to get Peacock Premium Plus for $11 via Apple. I signed up. But it is NOT possible to use this service. I am paying for nothing. I happened to already have a Peacock account using the SAME email as my Apple account. So creating a new account via Peacock is not an option. It will just recognize my other Peacock account that has no communication at all via Apple. So how do I access what I am paying for? Apple and Peacock support both have no options for me. They both basically told me, "Oh well."

The easiest way to link to an already existing Peacock account is as follows:

  1. Go to the "Your Subscription is Confirmed" email that you received from apple
  2. Scroll to the bottom and select "Set up your new bundle services"
  3. A new window will open and it will show you the Apple TV option and Peacock Option
  4. Select Peacock option and "Activate Account"
  5. You will then be linked to your previous Peacock Profile that likely shares the same email as your Apple ID
  6. In the "Plans & Upgrades" section, on your Peacock Account, you will see the new Apple & Peacock Bundle plan linked along with your canceled Peacock Subscription- as shown below.

I hope this helps!

I was existing Peacock subscriber and I was subscribed through Apple subscriptions I called Peacock about a month ago. The one good piece of advice they gave me was cancel your subscription through Apple. They felt I had to do bundle through Apple ONE.

I decided to try to get the Apple one bundle with Peacock today. Before my subscription expired on November 11. The pictures below show what happened but the short version is when I went to select plans it looked like the same pricing but when I selected my 16.99 plan, I got the Apple One bundle discount. My guess from much of this thread is if you do it through Apple one go smoothly, even if you do it through Peacock, a lot of synchronization needs to occur. Please see pictures below.

You may be wondering where my 16.99 plan came from. That was my original Peacock premium plus plan through Apple subscriptions. Before the bundle.

One thing that Peacock wasn’t 100% sure on, though they were reasonably sure, is that if I renewed my Peacock plan right around the time it expired I wouldn’t lose my profile. They said within a month that tends to go away. Or I read that. I was gonna wait till November 11 but I decided to try it today. Hope this helps.

Whether this worked weeks ago or could’ve worked weeks ago, I’m not so sure. I know I kept checking plan prices after can cancelling and saw no change but this time I want one step further and chose an old price and wallah or voilà. It offered lower price. I don’t think in those earlier attempts I clicked on a price plan to see if it would drop like it did this time.

From what I’ve read you have to cancel your Peacock subscription or you will be double billed. I’m in the same situation as you are having already been a customer of both.. I did not have an option to link my accounts in the email that Apple sent me. I cancelled my Peacock so hopefully at the end of the month when it runs out things will be different.. I also connected my Apple account to the Peacock app via the Apple plus app.. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I had issues as well. I let my original peacock subscription expire then still had issues. All of a sudden, it worked. The only thing different I did was access peacock through apple tv. The lock sign was still there on most everything. I clicked on a movie anyway and was able to start watching. Then it was all good, even directly though the peacock app. Everything was unlocked.

Same for us. We had a basic peacock plan with same email as our Apple ID email. We cancelled that but it is valid until May 26’. Just signed up on iPhone for the $11 peacock premium plus deal. Got charged and got email confirming the subscription but no activation link. Can’t get it connected to peacock at all. Peacock still shows ads and nothing on peacocks side showing apple one bundle. We tried disconnecting from connected apps, deleting and reinstalling the app, even contacting apple support. Apple support told us there is limited support they can give because it’s a third party subscription…just offering cancellation and refund. How are people getting this to work?

Why is it not possible?

What happens when you try exactly?

If you added Peacock+ through Apple One, the service should be available through the Peacock channel in the Apple TV App.

If you added through the Peacock App, then you get Apple TV+ shows in the Peacock App.

Do note, Peacock+ and the Peacock channel in Apple TV app are only available in the US.

I ran into a similar issue. I subscribed at the discounted rate but the subscription didn't sync to my Peacock account. I contacted Apple and Peacock supports. Best solution they could give was to unsubscribe and resubscribe again so I did that. However, when I resubscribed Apple no longer shows the $11/month option. It says I'm getting a discounted rate but the discounted rate is the same as the regular rate:
