Old Accounts and TV Provider

Over the past seven or eight years, I have used three different TV providers (Hulu TV and 2 different spectrum accounts) with my Apple devices. Every month or so, one of my devices (either my iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV) will change the login from the current Spectrum account to either the old Hulu or Spectrum account. I then need to log out of the wrong account and log back into the correct Spectrum account. Is there a way to flush the memory of the old accounts?
