Apple Music subscription not recognized after purchase

Hello!


I recently purchased an Apple Music subscription, but every time I open the app, it still shows the “Get 3 months for the price of 1” banner.


When I try to subscribe again, it says “You’re already an Apple Music member.”


However, the app doesn’t recognize my membership — I can’t access any songs or features.




Could you please check and fix this issue for my account?
