Seems Nikon (NX?) Studio isn’t doing what you expect.

I’d expect an export option, but am quite unfamiliar with Nikon (NX?) Studio.

Nikon appears to use their own “NIKON IMAGE SPACE” cloud service, as well. Not iCloud.

How to export: https://nikonimglib.com/nxstdo/onlinehelp/en/the_nx_studio_workflow_2.html

That shows Windows, but I’d expect macOS photo export and photo convert-and-export functions to be similar.

For assistance with a Nikon app, check with Nikon support.

Your clarification does not clarify the issue. If the files are tiff format then you send the files to the client in tiff format either by using a cloud share, send them the thumb drive, email the files to them, or other sharing method. If the issue is that your client can't open tiff files, convert the tiff file to a format your client can open.
