Give the following a try:

Forget the device on macOS

  1. Go to System Settings > Bluetooth
  2. Find your Creative T100 in the list and click the “i” or “Remove” next to it to unpair it.

Reset Bluetooth on the speaker

  1. Power on the T100.
  2. Hold down the Bluetooth button on the remote for about 10 seconds until the LED blinks rapidly. This should clear its pairing memory.

Reboot Bluetooth on your Mac

  • Turn Bluetooth off, wait a few seconds, then turn it on again.

Re-pair the speaker

  1. Put the T100 back into pairing mode (LED should blink).
  2. On your Mac, open Bluetooth settings again and pair it.
