Mac's AirDrop can't find the target easily！

I often share files by right-clicking -> Share -> AirDrop.

However, I have over 30 colleagues, and the AirDrop user selection interface is incredibly small. Each time I try to share a file ,I have to scroll through a lot to find the person I want to send it to.

Furthermore, the page often loads before all nearby colleagues have loaded. Frequent additions to the page cause frequent scrolling.

All of this makes finding the person to send a message to even more time-consuming!
