With the Messages edit button just a few cm away from the unsend message button, and no option to recover an unsent message, can you PLEASE add a simple confirmation prompt to the unsend feature? this has burned me too many times.

Apple's not here and rarely reads these threads- sending feedback will make sure they see it.

Appreciate the tip. Haven't really had the need to reach out in 20+ years of use, this one's just been irking me! Just submitted via the feedback link.
