Iphone Snatched and cant trace through Find My Device

Hi, My Iphone 13 was snatched on gunpoint. My passcode was easy to guess, but my AppleID Password was hard and complex (only I know). My Find My Iphone and Location were enabled on device.

When I opened my ICloud Find My on web, I couldnt find the location or the last location of my Iphone. The location is seen as turned off and the map is blurry. I immediately clicked Lost Mode and multiple times it was activated too. According to Apple email, Lost Mode enables the Location Services (incase the thief manages to enter passcode and disable my location), but still I can't see the location.

I also changed my Apple ID Password to a more complex one and then after some time I logged in ICloud Web to find that my Photos were zero. No data, nothing. Although I was able to see them even after stolen incident.

PS: I also received Apple Verified Emails that Iphone is found but again I couldnt see last location and map was blurry. Can Anyone Help? The phone is still in Lost Mode.
