Way to increase size of tool bar in Tahoe

This new Tahoe version has shrunk all of the tool bar to a point where it's hard to see/use. Does anyone know how to make these larger?

I don't know of any way to specifically adjust the size there. System Settings > Accessibility > Display > Text Size can increase some elements but not those. As far as I can tell, your only options are the more global ones of System Settings > Accessibility > Display > Zoom or System Settings > Displays and selecting a lower resolution (larger text option).
