While asleep, having set my iWatch alarm app the night before, my alarm app disappeared from my list of apps.
How do I get the default alarm app back?

Did you try to force restart your watch by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?
Did you wear the watch during the night?
If yes, are you using the Sleep Focus settings to get the Sleep Screen, showing the time instead of your watch screen showing all apps?
If you accidentally press the crown, which brings up the apps and somehow tap on the screen, the apps start to wiggle and a slight touch might delete the app from the list.
This happened to me also….right after the update. I have tried everything to get it back….the strangest thing is if I touch where the app was, it works. I call it my invisible app. I still don’t have the app showing on my watch, but it works!
Did you try to download it again, using the AppStore on the Watch?

Yes, thanks, I did that...but I was upset that the app just disappeared, with the alarm set, while I was sleeping.
(I have had iWatch for 5 years, never happened before! Suspect it is iOS 26 related)
