I had to change my email address a.k.a. Apple ID and I do not have access to the old Apple ID email address. I can’t reset my password and now I’m locked out of my MacBook and watch. What is the best solution to solve this issue? I need to get it solved quickly as my MacBook is used for work.

You say "had to" which is past tense which implies you were able to. Why can't you just sign in now with the new Apple ID?
I hope when you changed your Apple ID you did it by truly changing it and not create a new account.
