Those types of emails are almost always scams.

Yeah, there are a whole pile of scam mails akin to the "pervert" email, which is a creatively-written fictional solicitation for free money.
And "pervert" was spoofing your address as the "sending" address, which is trivial to do and not an indication of a hack or of any compromise.
No actual exploits were involved, and no compromising photos were collected.
If the "pervert" senders or the other email scams with similar claims actually have compromising photos, they will want to show you some of those photos, too.

Spoofing the “from” address on an email is only a little more difficult than using a different “return address” on a paper envelope.
If that email is not in your own “Sent” items, it didn’t come from your account.
