Priority Notifications not working

I have iOS 26 on the iPhone 17 pro max with apple intelligence turned on. I also have had priority notifications on for while and it isn't working and showing up on my lock screen. I've tried turning off apple intelligence and turning it back on but it doesn't work. And yes I have selected the apps I wanted and they show up as normal notifications always.
