Everything in safari is broken, iOS and iPad OS.

Past few weeks seems like everything is safari is broken. Pages crash all the time. Swipes don’t register correctly, seem like ghost touches. Similar on both iphone and ipad - so it’s not device specific. Submenus don’t respond, pop-ups freeze, scrolling from left to right on a site does not work although you can see the site is cut off and scroll bar is there. Sometimes the sites are just cutt-off. When zooming in the site refuses to return to original layout but stays responsive otherwise. For reference this happens on both ipad and iphone using latest versions, meaning there are no further updates available for the devices using ipad and iphone os 18.7.1, and iphone os 26.0.1.
