Hi,
On macOS Tahoe, is there a way to stop all dialog boxes (password prompts, file selection, etc...) to stop being displayed with that little animation that makes them, once shown, grow a little bit and shrink back to the normal size?
(This has nothing to do with Open Application Animation or Genie Effect)
It's very annoying, makes me feel dizzy, just like car sickness

As I said, it has nothing to do with Animate opening applications", it's not when launching an app, it is only for all popup dialog boxes.
But reduce motion did the trick.
Have you tried System Settings > Accessibility > Motion, the Reduce Motion setting?

Do try neuroanatomist's suggestion to turn on "reduce motion", and see if it helps... but even with that setting off, I do not see that sort of dialog opening animation...
