Safari tab groups and tabs disappeared on iPhone

All my tab groups and therefore the tabs within them have disappeared. What is weird is all the tabs in the ‘default’ group are still there. This is on my iPhone. I have Safari selected in iCloud, and I have it set to close tabs manually. The tabs are not on my other apple devices, they are not in my recently closed, they have disappeared as if they never existed - but only the ones in the groups I made. Three hours ago they were still there. Where can I get the iCloud backup for these tabs and does anyone know why this happened? I’m absolutely devastated & will never trust safari with my tabs again 😭
