Problems with multiple monitors in Tahoe

I just upgraded to macOS 26.01 (I never used 26.0). Since then I'm running into lots of weird quirky issues. Most obvious is that things sometimes show up in the wrong places on my main MBP monitor. The tops of windows are sometimes above the top of the screen. I use two external monitors, and in Mail when I try to select a drop-down menu (when creating a rule), the menu doesn't show up on the external monitor where the window is, but rather shows up on the top left of MBP monitor. Very weird. I also can't click on it, but rather I need to used the keyboard to select the correct menu item. Speak on click on things, sometimes clicking doesn't seem to do anything. I try to click on a button and it just doesn't do anything. I assume this is related to the above problem, and that where it thinks is the current focus is wrong. Anyone else having these problems? Any ideas on solutions?
